Join us for a full weekend of magical music, transformational sound, rejuvenating yoga, mind altering meditations and heart opening mantras. Gurunam Singh, kundalini yogi and master of mantra and naad, the sacred sound technology, will guide and sing us through a series of yoga sets and meditations designed to get us to relax into our own being. Accompanied by the amazing Sat Sisters he will use simple and profound mantras to open our hearts and put our busy minds to rest. Emma Öberg and Jesper Lundqvist, yoga teachers and sound healers with deep knowledge and personal experience with energy work, will contribute with a specially designed Sound Yoga set, where transformational sounds will deepen and widen the melting into oneness.
There will be Kirtan, Gong relaxation, smiles and laughter; two truly special days for lovers of kundalini yoga, chanting, songs, gongs and healthy food. Come vibrate with us!

About Gurunam Singh
Gurunam Singh is a poet, mantra artist, and workshop facilitator. He has been teaching and sharing Naad Yoga (The Yoga of Sound) for 6 years, and practicing for 22. Gurunam lived at the Espanola Ashram in Espanola, NM and studied with Yogi Bhajan for a number of years. He tours both nationally and internationally, leading Kirtans and Yatras in India every year. He has several CD’s, some of which can be found on the Spirit Voyage label. He has studied with some great ragis such as Bhai Avtar Singh and Ustaad Narinder Singh Ji, both from India, and Dya Singh from Australia. His focus and personal intent is to open to grace and to share with others in opening to that sacred space.
About Sat Sisters
Sat Sisters is a mantraband consisting of four women that has been playing together since summer 2017. Performing mostly kundaliniyoga mantras, but also mantras in sanskrit and own written material, Sat Sisters shares sweet vibrations and soulful music through the embodiment of true sisterhood. Sat Sisters has been playing at different yoga retreats and festivals such as Kundalini Spirit Gathering at Ängsbacka and Ängsbacka yoga festival.
